Refund Policy

CleanNoise is built so you never have to buy blind. You can clean any file and hear a full-quality 30-second preview before paying a cent, so you know exactly how the cleaned result sounds before you buy the full download.

Single-file downloads

Single-file purchases ($0.99–$1.99) are one-time payments for a specific file. Because you preview the result first, these are generally final. That said, if the full download fails, is corrupted, or sounds clearly worse than the preview you heard, email contact@cleannoise.app within 14 days with your download link and we'll re-run it or refund you in full. We'd rather make it right than keep money for something that didn't work.

Credit packs

Prepaid credit packs are refundable for the unused portion within 14 days of purchase, as long as most of the pack's hours remain. Hours already spent on completed downloads are non-refundable. Contact contact@cleannoise.app and we'll sort it out.

CleanNoise Pro subscription

You can cancel CleanNoise Pro at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period; we don't charge cancellation fees. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend and haven't used that period's hours, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

How to request a refund

Email contact@cleannoise.app from the address you used at checkout (or include your download link or receipt). We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If something went wrong, please reach out first, since we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Prices are in USD.
