These terms govern your use of CleanNoise (https://www.cleannoise.app). By using the site or the tool, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use CleanNoise.

The service

CleanNoise provides an online tool for removing background noise from audio and video. You can clean any file and hear a short preview for free with no account. To download the full-length result you either pay per file, use a prepaid credit pack, or subscribe to CleanNoise Pro. Uploaded files are processed to produce your result and are automatically deleted within 24 hours.

Use at your own risk

CleanNoise is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do our best to make the noise-removal results useful, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, uptime, or accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your original files before processing them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanNoise and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use CleanNoise to:

• Process content you do not have the right to process;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service beyond normal use; or
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

Payments, plans & fair use

Downloads are available three ways: a single file (pay-as-you-go, no account required), prepaid credit packs measured in processing hours (credits never expire), and the CleanNoise Pro subscription (from $9.99/USD per month billed annually, or $11.99/USD billed monthly, which includes 15 hours of processing per month). Prices may change, and we'll give you reasonable notice before any change applies to you. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Fair use. The CleanNoise Pro monthly hour allowance is intended for normal use by an individual or team. It is not for automated, bulk, or resale-scale processing (for example, scripting the service or reselling its output). We may rate-limit or suspend usage that is clearly automated or abusive. If you genuinely need more than your monthly allowance, or programmatic/API access, that's welcome; just email contact@cleannoise.app and we'll set up a plan that fits. This section may be updated as our billing integration rolls out.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the audio and video files you process with CleanNoise. We claim no ownership over your content. The CleanNoise name, branding, and software are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may modify or discontinue features of CleanNoise at any time, and may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
